Shigure Sohma
Shigure is the easy going cousin that Yuki lives with. While he is an all around nice guy he also has a habit of kidding around. Its hard for him to stay serious for too long even when giving out advise. As full of it as he normally is it seems to come out even worse whenever Ayame or Hitori are around. Then his rye sense of humor knows no bounds.
Shigure was born in the year of the dog and happens to be one of the oldest members of the Sohma family living with the curse. His age however doesn't lessen his joy of interacting with the younger members of the zodiac curse. Not only has Yuki lived with him for a while but he welcome Kyo in with open arms too. Tohru may have been let in for reasons other than good will though. He seems to have a fondness for girls. Especially looking at high school girls. But even he has enough tact not to push past that.
When it comes right down to it there is no better friend to be had then him. He is a good listener capable of keeping any secret. And while he is always smiling and joking he would never let a anyone down. Even when the other family members are busy tearing up his home while getting into there own little fights he still does his best to look out for them. Talk about infinite patience and a heart of gold.
