Scar
A man of mystery. Very little is known about him by most, not even the name he is called by is his real on. He is called scar simply because of the X shaped scar on his forehead. But his purpose for being around is painfully clear. He wants to kill every State Alchemist there is.
You see it's not just that he is evil and uncaring, He is ruthless and bitter on the quest for revenge. His brother had gave him the markings on his arm which gives him destructive powers. Powers he uses to teach the state a valuable lesson for killing so may in Ishbal. His brother was just one of the many innocents slaughtered by the State Alchemist when they were send in to settle the war in Ishbal once and for all. Since then he has vowed to kill every last one for the sins they committed.
