Winry Rockbell
Winry is the childhood friend of Ed and Al. While she is nice and sweet she is also a bit of a tomboy. Her passions is for anything mechanical. There is nothing she can not take apart and put back together agian. In fact she is so good that she works with her grandma Pinako building and repairing auto-mail. She is even trusted enough to do the repairs for Ed's auto-mail when he needs it.
But there is one bond that links her to the Elric brothers even closer than auto-mail. She too knows what it is like to lose family. Both her parents were doctors trying to help the people of Ishbal when the war broke out. Unfortunately when the State Alchemist came through her parents were some of the innocent killed. She knows the pain the boys now feel the same as they now share in knowing hers.
