Peter Fargason
Peter is one of the top and most trusted officer of the Hellsing oganization. It is his job to pick and train new recruits. Seeing as it is his job he is the one that has to oversee Seras in the field to train her. He has little patience for her mistakes due to the fact that he knows what she is and what she should therefore be able to do. This doesn't mean that he is mean or heartless to her, just that he pushes her stricly towards her potential.
