Kagura
The very first incarnation that Naraku made. Kagura is a wind sorceress. While she is quite strong and would like to see Inu-yasha dead she is not exactly a loyal subject to Naraku. She follows his orders because she has no other choice. He holds her heart and if she angers him he would kill her without a second thought.
While she stile runs around doing his biding she spends plenty of time trying to figure a way out for herself. She knows that if Naraku was destroyed then she would be free from him. The problem is that she herself is not strong enough to beat him. So she searches for someone with the strength to defeat the demon she is enslaved to. She thinks she finds her savoir in Sesshomaru if she could only manage to get him to kill Naraku. He has the power to do so, she is sure of it. But Sesshomaru doesn't just work for anyone.
