Shippo
A young little fox demon who can be just a little mischievous. Orphaned after his father was killed by the thunder brothers Shippo wondered around by himself until he crossed paths with Inu-yasha and Kagome. While he caused them more than a little trouble at first Kagome warmly welcomes him along even though Inu-yasha doesn't necessarily like the idea.
On more than one occasion the little shape shifter proves he has real uses to benefit the group. Granted he is always clashing with Inu-yasha and never understands the ways of Miroku he seems to feel right at home with his new friends.
