Ryoko Takamachi
Ryoko has never been exactly close with the other blade children. She has lived her life avoiding them as much as possible. Till now she had done quite well for herself that way. She was a star athlete on the schools track team and a popular girl. Several universities would love to bring her in to their school so she could compete for them. But as much as she would like to believe in a future without the blade children she can't escape them. With death looming on the horizons for them all she has no choice but to realize her future may well only exist by working with them.
