Dojima is a typical lazy, spoiled brat who doesn't want to get up to do a thing. Instead of doing her job she likes to spend most of her days snacking and sleeping. If she is around the office that's normally the extent of her daily activity. As if that all was not bad enough, for some unknown reason she gets special treatment. But that doesn't exempt her from getting reprimanded from Chief Kosaka.

While she tries to make herself as useless possible but she does occasionally have her useful points. When the mood shrikes she can be quite clever and be right there to get the job done or help others out of a tight spot.
