The Chief runs and oversees the day to day operations of the office along with the help of Hattori, his assistant. The Chief tries to run as efficient and as effective of an office as possibly. This means that he can be rather strict. This makes Dojima a source of a lot of problems as far as he is concerned. While she is his main daily target the others can unfortunately get caught in the middle sometimes.
