Quent Yaiden
Quent is a man on a mission. He will not be happy until he has killed every last wolf that still lives. This is due to the fact that his wife and son were killed in a fire years ago. By the time he and their dog, Blue, got back there all he saw were the wolfs in the middle of it all. From that moment on he was certain that the wolves had done it. That the wolves had killed his family and were there almost as if to mock him.
He wonders from place to place tracking any wolf he can find. Even though he has a habit of spending most of his time drunk he has a talent for wolf hunting wolves, there's no doubt. Somehow he is able to see past the illusion and find the wolf. However when he comes across Kiba and the others he gets led on a chase that he had not counted on. He will be forced to confront things from his past and come to terms with things that he had never known before. But even once he realizes that his beloved Blue is part wolf with he be able to accept the truth of it all?
