Koenma
Koenma is the son of the legendary King Yama, ruler of the Spirit World. While he may look like a baby his looks are very deceiving. He is in all reality over 700 years old. For someone of his size he also holds a lot of responsibility. Every time his father is away Koenma is let in charge of the day to day affairs of the Spirit World. Unfortunately for him this also means paperwork, and lots of it.
Koenma is very demanding and used to getting his way. Regardless how small he is he definitely knows how to throw his weight around to get things done. At least to get things done for him. If only he could use that to get his way with his father. If there is one thing that Koenma fears more than anything, it's the wrath of his father. But that's with very good reason. King Yama, is mighty unreasonable when he is angered. If he gets to mad the mortal world as we know it may cease to exist.
