Submission Guide - HOW TO SUBMIT
Your work must be submitted to the Anime Fountain Forum. How does this method work? If you are not a member then you need to become one by signing up for free. After that, you need to get leave a PM for the ID 'ultimateangel'(me) and let me know that you have something that you wish to submit. I will then give you special access to a authors/artist forum. Its located in the elite members section and is called 'Fanart and fanfic submissions'.
Only other authors and artists, Eiahmon(reviewer), Admins and I will be with you in this special forum so that all files are as protected as possible before they get published to the site.
Now I did mention a submision post? This is very important. You MUST submit a post to the forum stating what you have put up and giving full permission to me, Angel, and the Anime Fountain to use and publicly share as seen fit. As I said I am not part of some corporation or some big site so this is for my protection as much as anything. I do not want anyone coming back later and saying that I was not allowed to use these items. If there is something you have shared that you later want removed then all you have to do is make a post on the forum (you may even want it in your submision thread or just create another thread in the submissions forum) asking me to take it down and I will. Again I prefer public correspondence with these matters as to avoid problems. Personal Email on these matters will not be tolerated, public posting only. This way we all have proof, including you, of what goes on. If your submission post suddenly dissapears I will assume YOU erased it therefore are taking back permision and jerk your story down.
Attachments are allowed in the submision forum and the files for your work must be attached with your submission post. While everyone who has accsess to that forum can upload, only the Admistration team will be able to download these files. This is to give you extra added security before your work goes live on the website. The only people able to download your work are the ones doing the site coding.
As for long fanfics with multiple chapters, you can post one by one as you get them done or multiple at once. I would prefer you separate the chapters into separate files to make the linking of chapter by chapter easier. Yes that does mean each chapter has to be rated separately.
