1) In the file name (more so with fanfic then fan art) after the title you need to place the rating you give the submission in parenthesis. While the rating is initially at your discretion The Anime Fountain does reserve the right to change it at anytime, without notice and without given reason. If you question why yours has been changed then just ask about it in the forum. The rating guidelines will be further explained in the rating system section. Also if it is a chapter that is part of a whole then the chapter number needs put in the title. *Note: if there is something in your picture that is questionable on if it should be viewed by all eyes then please include a rating by its title. Otherwise no rating is needed for art.

2) In the file for your fanfic right before the actual story starts you need to include a brief summary of what the story is about. It doesn't have to be anything fancy just a little something that lets prospective readers know what they are getting into. All and all your summary section should be a bit like this:

Title :
Authors name : (real or forum id or both. Its what you want to be credited by)**
Category : (title name of show, videogame or etcetera that this story was inspired by)**
Rating : (yes you must also put your rating here too)
Submission Date : (this will also give you record along with your post of how long it has been on the net. Could prove useful if a problem occurs)**
Disclaimer : (this is for your protection. It should have something along the lines of pointing out that you yourself do not own the original rights and that no copyright infringement is intended. It needs to be included in every chapter submitted if they are posted at different times)
summary : (please keep it as informative as you can but in as little space as possible. A few paragraphs ought to do for most stories. No one wants to read through a summary as long as the story or chapter itself.)

3) The forum has an attachment feature that will allow you to upload your submission files. The files obviously need to be attached with the submissions post since I can not code what I can not get.

** This information needs to also be included in the submission post for fanart to the forum so I know what info to place with your picture. Since there is no text file in which to hold this info, I need it posted on the forum.
