Anime fans hear the name Vic Mignogna and automatically think Voice Actor. That however, is just the tip of the iceburg when it comes to his career. While they know him best for roles in such series as, Yu Yu Hakusho, Saiyuki, DNAngel and his highly acclaimed performance as Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, this is only a small section of his vast and noteworthy career.
Besides Voice Acting, Vic’s work spans across in Graphic Design, Video and Film Production, and Music and Sound Design and Theater. Using his natural gifts he has been blessed with a career that in areas has been running for over 20 years. He is a talented musician, has an artistic eye, a creative drive and of course a knack for acting, making him one very versatile individual.
His talents have been sought out and used my a variety of individuals for a wide rage of things. In video and film his he has been dedicated to bringing quality and creative services to those in need for over 15 years. He is devoted to see his project through from starting concept to the finished product in both film and videos. He has shot and directed things such as Live Concerts, Documentaries, Commercials and Live Sports events. Each one just as expertly produced as the other.
In the world of Professional Graphic Design he works hard to bring people creative and effective designs to meet their needs. He has done graphics for CD covers, posters, Logo’s and more. Besides his obvious talent for creating the perfect design and his proficient eye for detail his appeal also lays in his aim to please and drive to get the job done.
With music and sound design he has put his expertise to use for over 20 years. Being a musician he understands the importance of music and how it can influence people in any production. He has composed, arranged and produced original music for Commercials, Parodies, private albums and CD’s of worship along with music he has made and done for himself.
While these sorts of things may not be well know by the common or casual fan they are just as important as the work he has done in acting. Though it would be hard to ignore or not notice that impressive and comprehensive list he has built in the realm voice acting.
