Emperor Gestahl
Gestahl is the head of the Empire and the one seeking to revive magic to enslave the world. This man is greedy, unprincipled, in love with power, and willing to do anything to get it. He doesn't care what happens, or how it happens, as long as he gets what he wants. He entrusts his right hand man, Kefka, to perfuming many of the necessary tasks, never knowing how he will pay for it later.
In battle, Gestahl is capable of using quite potent, high level magic.
