In the year 2552 the humans have great technological success. They are able to travel space and can jump to speeds faster than light with these ships. Humans have overpopulated the earth and need to colonize other habitable planets. This is a keystone for humans to survive. The united nations space command sends out civilian ships and battle cruisers to protect the people.

Contact with a outer colony was lost 32 years ago. So the UNSC sent a battle group to investigate what had happened. The battle group was nearly destroyed. They had few survivors and one badly damaged ship. The remaining crew told stories of a unstoppable alien force calling themselves the covenant.

Because of this the UNSC started the Spartan II program. These soldiers are genetically altered and given special armor to combat these alien forces. These soldiers are extremely good at destroying the covenant forces. But there are too few of these soldiers to turn the tide.

In the game you play Master Chief. A man who was created from the Spartan II program. He finds out about a weapon called halo that can destroy the human race. He races to find a way to stop the covenant from using such a weapon when he finds beings known as “the flood”. The flood is something that the covenant soldiers are terrified of.

What are their abilities? Why do they bring fear to this race? And Can Master chief stop the covenant from using halo? You’ll have to find out by playing they game.
