Dracula's long time servant, Death is loyal to the end, and will do anything to protect and serve his lord. He does this first by stealing Alucard's equipment early in the game and later by engaging him in battle. He even tries to reason with Alucard to stop his attack on the castle, his "foolishness" he calls it.

In battle, Death uses limited magic and some physical attacks, such as summoning little scythes that spin through the air. Halfway through the battle, he switches to another, slightly more powerful form, and he modifies his attacks some.
